Books & Beers: A Short-Story Shindig

Wednesday, February 19
7 p.m.–9 p.m.
Henderson Brewing Co.
128A Sterling Road
Toronto, Ontario

Henderson Brewing Co and House of Anansi Press are back with another big season of Pint-Sized Conversations!

This February, we turn our literary gaze towards short stories! Please join authors Laurel Croza (The Whirlpool), Michael Melgaard (Pallbearing), and Zalika Reid-Benta (Frying Plantain) as they discuss the short form with Steven W. Beattie, review editor for Quill & Quire. This event is free and all are welcome! If you'd like to reserve a spot, but can buy a ticket for $5 and enjoy a free pint when you arrive.

ABOUT BOOKS & BEERS

Join us on the third Wednesday of each month as we sit down with a different author to discuss books and writing over a frosty pint or two. Afterwards, we'll open up the floor for an audience Q & A, followed by an opportunity to meet and greet with the author. There will also be an Anansi Bookshop pop-up shop where you can peruse our very good books for your next read.
