James Langer and Lisa Moore read from their new works and talked with audiences in Saint John, New Brunswick and Annapolis Royal, Sandy Cove, Bear River, and Halifax in Nova Scotia. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality! From Pat Joas at the UNB bookstore, inprint, to Donna and Bev at the Library in Sandy Cove, to Kim Richard who organized the bookseller breakfast in Halifax. James and Lisa found attentive readers eager to ask questions and even more eager to buy books and have them autographed! We’ve decided to make the summer Maritime tour a permanent fixture on the Anansi literary calendar! Maybe next year we’ll add PEI! Thanks to everyone who made it all possible. — Sarah MacLachlan
